Returns and Exchanges Policy
- In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can get online store credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 Days of purchase. No requests will be entertained after that time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers shall bear the delivery costs for exchanging size and articles
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Exchange voucher of the item's invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.
- To return any goods, please follow the instruction mentioned in the Return Form.
