Your order will be delivered to you through TCS Pakistan at the address you have mentioned as shipping address in your order. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when he delivers the order.

Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 2 to 5 working days from the date of order. However the delivery can take up to 10 working days during busy holiday season or our mega sales events.

We have set the product purchase limit of 2 on select items to restrict wholesalers and resellers from buying. We really want all of Pakistan to enjoy our products.

On orders above the value of Rs.20,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then. The order will only be dispatched after our team confirms the payment being received in the Bank.

Orders above Rs.2,999 ship free of charge.

For orders below Rs.2,999 we charge a fix rate of Rs.199 per order. 

Our system automatically calculates the correct shipping charge when you place your order.

If we reduce our price within 7 days of your purchase date, you are entitled for a credit voucher for the difference in value. Please send us an email quoting your order number, item purchased and difference in price and we will issue a credit voucher.

Please note, products bought/offered on Sale/Clearance and Special Sale events section do not apply to this.

You will see a field named "Gift Card or Credit Voucher" during your checkout. Enter the code in this field and you will get the promised discount or credit.

No. You can’t open the package without making the payment to the courier. We sell everything with a 7 days exchange policy. If you do not like anything, please return it and we will give you a refund (less the shipping charges) as an exchange credit voucher which you can use to buy other item from the store.

For items purchased on sale, if a refund is allowed on the sale item, the amount refunded will be the exact amount paid for the item, and not its original value. For example: If you purchased an item on sale for Rs. 500 and its original value was Rs. 1000, we will refund you Rs. 500 only as .

 

No, currently we do not offer international shipping.

Currently we are only offering COD option. We will be offering online payment option through a Credit/Debit Card, Jazz Cash and Easy Paisa very soon.

Yes, sale items can be exchanged.

Please make sure that you send in this request within 7 working days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 7 days.

We apologize but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases;

  1. If the item was damaged when received by the customer
  2. If the wrong item was delivered

In all other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

  2. Pack the merchandise and include the exchange refund form containing all information.

Note:

Please return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at your own expense.

In the rare case that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 Days of purchase. No requests will be entertained after that time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers shall bear the delivery costs for exchanging size and articles

Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 

Exchange Voucher of the item's invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 

Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.
